MAGIC FLUTE

Synopsis

What if the story of the world's most famous opera suddenly became real? Seventeen-year-old Tim studies singing at a prestigious Mozart boarding school hidden in the Austrian Alps. One night, he discovers a mysterious secret portal that transports him into the magical world of Mozart's The Magic Flute. There, he becomes Prince Tamino and joins forces with the eccentric bird catcher Papageno. Every night, they embark on dangerous adventures in an attempt to rescue Princess Pamina, who is being held captive by Prince Sarastro. By day, Tim returns to the real world, where he is determined to win the role of Tamino in the school's anniversary production of The Magic Flute. But there is another challenge he hadn't counted on: Sophie, the girl who is quickly turning his world upside down. As Tim struggles to balance school, first love and his secret adventures, he begins to realise that the two worlds may be connected in ways he never imagined.
