FOXX MEDIA GROUP s.r.o., as the operator of the website https://www.foxx-media.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”), considers all personal data it processes to be strictly confidential. The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to inform you about the processing of your personal data in connection with our Website and related services. Personal data are processed exclusively in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter referred to as the “GDPR”).

2. Collection and Processing of Data in Connection with Our Website
2.1 Automatically Processed Data When Visiting the Website
Whenever you access our Website, your web browser automatically transmits data that are stored in the server log files. These data include the following (hereinafter referred to as “log data”):
• Information about the type and version of your web browser
• Your operating system
• Your internet service provider and IP address
• The date and time of access
Log data are analysed in anonymised form for the purpose of continuously improving our Website, adapting it to the interests of our users and promptly correcting errors. The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interest pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Non-anonymised log data are used exclusively to detect technical malfunctions and ensure system security, including identifying and monitoring attempts at unauthorised access, attempted fraud and misuse of the system. These data are retained for a period of 7 to 14 days and are then deleted.
Log data that must be retained for evidentiary purposes will not be deleted until the relevant incident has been fully clarified. In individual cases, such data may be disclosed to law enforcement authorities.

Once your enquiry has been handled, the personal data you provided will be deleted unless we are legally required to retain them under applicable commercial or tax legislation.
